Are you running in a standard, Rogers-supported configuration, with the Ignite set-top box connected by Wi-Fi to the Ignite gateway or is your STB connecting through 3rd-party Wi-Fi gear?

Try holding the box power button on the remote down for 10 seconds which should trigger a reset. if that doesn't work they will send a replacement for free if you call technical Disconnect it from the Ignite Gateway. Connect your PC via ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports on the D-Link. The PC Task Bar should indicate that it is LAN connected without internet access. Run ipconfig from a Command Prompt to get the IP address of the Default Gateway (it should likely be ) {{[HOST]ption}} With the XB6 modem powered on, using a paper clip, depress the reset button at the rear of the modem and keep it depressed until the white status light turns off. The modem should then reset. The status LED will flash amber, green, and will then finally flash white.
