You can buy from Steam (which gives the bonus that you can pay subscription using Steam Wallet, but the downside that you're permanently locked into Steam and can never buy an expansion anywhere else), or Humble Bundle, or Amazon, or Newegg, or GMG, or anywhere else that you buy video games. It really doesn't matter! If you want all currently released content, buy the Shadowbringers Complete Edition. (Note: you will need to still buy Endwalker separately at some point to advance.)
