I sent in a ticket simply asking for the ability to create a character on their realm, or a refund of 80 dollars. I have no use for the boost/game time, I can’t play with the friends I want to play with. After 2 weeks the nostalgia itch has been extinguished, no thanks to the lack of service I was receiving I just made a ticket because my account was hacked, I was sleepy and stupid so responded to a phishing message and my account was hacked, how long does it take for blizzard to respond to that? Not for the automated one, if not that of a GM It looks like the “resolved ticket without response” is the ticket that was submitted through the self service refund process. That is an automated system that tries to refund a purchase where possible.
