The New Strange is a Quest introduced in Update () continuing the events after the Stolen Dreams Quest, involving Cephalon Simaris as he searches for mysterious information. Completing this quest will provide the blueprint for Chroma, and players are given access to the Sanctuary Onslaught. Cephalon Simaris, a Cephalon construct that Stolen Dreams is a Quest involving the search for Arcane Codices, enigmatic artifacts which several different factions have expressed an interest in. This quest can be replayed via the Codex. Lotus tasks the player to search for the mysterious Arcane Codices. Their importance is unknown, but the Grineer had sought it for a potential cure to the Cloning So I've come back after a bit of a break (Left just before Archwing). Well we ran the selected location during the new strange quest and for 2 out of the 5 times that we ran the sabotage mission that it sent us to it did not appear. You also need to be close, which assumes that you are in the same tile and most maps are enormous. Not that I don't appreciate the link. I got 'corrupted heavy gunners' for my new target but that is irrelevent because now when you go to ares the elite arid lancers spawn and you can synthesise them as you shouold norally be able to. the quest then progresses and you can continue as normal.
