Right now with the release of Wrath Classic for WoW, plus some ban waves, huge login queues, transfer issues, etc they are pretty backed up. Wait times are around a week but they are working to get that down as fast as they can. Account issues tend to be a higher priority than say a generic “issue not listed here” ticket.
