The Apple Music app wont play any music videos, just songs. When i try to play a music video it just cuts to black, and the app returns to main Home Screen. For Mac: Open Apple Music. Click on “Music” at the top of your screen, then select “preferences”. Go to the General tab. Select “Sync Library” to turn it on. Click “OK” to confirm the process. Once you’ve done this, make sure to download your songs again and try playing them while your phone is in airplane mode Hi Alex, I had the same problem. Here's a solution. I've also included screen shots as a reference. -Play the first song on any album/ playlist. -Once playing, click on the 'Now Playing' tab at the bottom of the screen. -Slide up from bottom of screen. -Now you can toggle both shuffle and repeat. Question/Help. Hey all, the past few days I've noticed I can't play any explicit songs when using the Apple Music web player, but I can when I use the app on my phone (Android).
