So long story short, tried to buy a name change because of the constant harassment from grumpy former guildies. twice the order was canceled by blizzard themselves, a csr told me that him / herself. suddenly my account was suspended. Did not even receive an email about it, nor did any of the cs i’ve taled to told me. made a ticket I managed to send a support ticket to Blizzard to remove the Authenticator by answering a bunch of security questions. A couple of days from that I got an email from noreply@[HOST] (Nov 22) requesting a photo of a driver’s license and a link (URL) to respond to my ticket Unfortunately the ticket system is inundated with various requests for help. The wait time is about 2 weeks, though. It normally is. If you had a status of the ticket before you closed it, leaving it open would have been better. Often you will get a response but not notice it, or not be able to view said response
