I am using Mob Spawner [HOST]5 and Mo Creatures [HOST]5 as well, tried a few versions lower for the custom mob spawner and still nothing. If you're not able to get it to work in single player, you may want to try and regenerate the world, make a new world. Otherwise, I'm not sure how else to fix it I know this is the wrong forum as are most of my posts but I will get no answers in the modding section.
