I started a new Interloper run after the new DLC update and have rigorously searched every key location in Bleak Inlet, Mystery Lake, Coastal Highway, Pleasant Valley, Desolation Point, Forlorn Muskeg, Ash Canyon, Broken Railroad, Ravine, and Mountain Town and have not found a single Make sure you leave in late afternoon and drink something hot so you aren't losing 3 bars of warmth.
