Always sleep for at least 6 hours to drastically cut down on your bed illness. Sleeping bags only give 3 hours sleep dirty matresses 5 hours and increase the chance of having a bad sleep or contracting illness! sleeping on a clean bed in doors or in a settlement will most likely give you the well rested perk. it is part of survival and intented to be that way. #3.
