I put a ticket in because im trying to fond out why my account is suspended and how long. I never recieved an email saying how long and for what reason im suspended and my ticket explained this so after waiting days i get a copy paste reply that has nothing to do with what my ticket said still have no response as to why and how long and Unfortunately the ticket system is inundated with various requests for help. The wait time is about 2 weeks, though. It normally is. If you had a status of the ticket before you closed it, leaving it open would have been better. Often you will get a response but not notice it, or not be able to view said response
