Here you can find On H3 Podcast #73, Bo Burnham was interviewed about Eighth Grade and, at around an hour and ten minutes in, Bo is asked, “When’s the last time you went to a book store?”, I've seen a number of different takes on what the ending of Bo Burnham's Inside special is meant to say. I watched a video on the special by Mango Street who says that throughout the special there are two characters. Mainly, "Robert" the person and "Bo" the performer. He also distinctly calls himself out by saying “being self aware doesn’t absolve you of anything”. All of the White Woman’s Instagram cuts without the music were so awkward and hilarious. I can’t imagine having to re-do each of those multiple Bo touches on the actual details of her life when he sings about her having lost her mom and dad. It adds depth amid all the seemingly trivial things she's posting. At the end of the song, we see him sitting in a dark room and editing the video. Every time I listen to "Facetime with my mom" I got this feeling, this dread that accompanies me from the first time I heard this song. I had this funny feeling (heh) that this song would be about the loss of a loved one in times of a pandemic - that the song will end with something like "but no one is We are a community devoted to the musical comedian Bo Burnham. Members Online The Sesame Street movie, which Bo wrote the songs for and apparently has a role in, is FINALLY being released on Feb 19, according to IMDB Last June, my brother texted me a rave review urging me to watch Bo Burnham's Netflix special INSIDE, which had been languishing on my to-watch list along with a hundred other things. I ended up loving it so much that I made this exhaustive megapost about it. As thanks (and for his 30th birthday present), I embarked on a project to turn the PSA: Bo Burnham: Inside. Just wanted to let everyone know about this amazing special that came out at midnight on Netflix. It was the best comedy special I've seen in years and Bo sounds EXACTLY like Weird Al.
