If your various platforms are all connected to the same EA account, you won't need to do anything else until you see this pop up in-game. You should see a splash screen similar to the one below I guarantee you, if you have one account, no others connected to your EA (which mean 0 items to cross progress) then you have likely already recieved Cross Progression, or, will recieve it this week. Or they could give cross-progression to everyone at the same time like all games do.
