Give it a couple of minutes or so and re- enter the forum and log in and see if it eliminates your issue As the title says, we are having problems with our website loading in China due to "Request Forbidden by Administrative Rules". We have tested it in Canada, Norway, UK, and India and it works fine there (although loads a bit slowly)
