I finally found a phone number, we didn't resolve the problem, while talking to the man he had me uninstall my printer. PS still didn't work, he was giving the case # to his boss. I reinstalled the printer and now PS works. I guess the printer was the problem. I'm up and printing again. Thank you s Hi Terri I have not used the 'Adobe Cleanup Tool', that you mentioned.
